Policies
Turn around times listed below are subject to when you pay your invoice, which is due within 24 hours or it is cancelled. Unless we have discussed otherwise. Products take 2-3 weeks from date paid or when the design is finalized. Whichever comes later.
Refunds: Due to the nature of all products being custom made to order, all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. If there is an error on my end, a replacement will be made and sent out. The first one must be returned. This will still be subject to the previously stated processing time. If there is a mistake on your part, you will be charged the full amount for a replacement.
Shipping: 2-3 weeks turnaround time to make the item and another 3-5 days to get to you once shipped. Once it leaves my hands and has been scanned into the post office, it is no longer in my control and I am not responsible. If it shows it it stopped or delayed somewhere, you must call and report it.
Refunds: refunds will not be given for the following circumstances:
- wrong address provided on the booking form
- The recipient/homeowner requesting us to remove the display from their yard
- No access given to a gated area. Let us know ahead of time if there is a code to use.
- Anything that puts Dash of Grace in danger and unable to install the yard card. Examples include, but not limited too, debris, excessive clutter, pet waste etc
- If we are denied access to install a display due to HOA rules
- Inclement weather or acts of God. Should inclement weather prevent installation on the day of installation, we will install the morning of the day requested. Shall that not work, we will work with you to reschedule within 12 months of the date you booked it. If these are not an option, we will issue a store gift card in the same amount of your purchase. Inclement weather includes but is not limited too lightening, thunder storms, heavy rain, tornado/hurricane watches/warnings, heavy snow, icy conditions, wind over 15 miles per hour or any other conditions that would put Dash of Grace artists or the signs in possible danger.
“3 day” rental includes a day to install, a day to celebrate the recipient and a day to pick it up. If weather doesn’t permit install on instal day, we will install the following day (celebration day) and still pick up the day after. If still not able to install, see above policies. The time of day to install and pick up depends on my convenience unless otherwise discussed with renter.
